I cant figure out how websites do the following: Preload a swf file while displaying something, such as an Advertisement, through the use of Javascript. I'm guessing it could be as simple as hiding the swf (flash file) and then unhiding it (+ hide the advertisement/wateva) - except theres an actual loading bar with progress: An example can be found here: http://www.ojogos.com.br/jogo/3D-Motorbike-Racing.html Can this be done with javascript? lemmin Posted July 1, 2008 Share Posted July 1, 2008 Though the flash game is actually being loaded in the background, I am pretty sure the loading bar is fake.
