tyler
So, for some reason when someone puts in .2 for 2 cents, it thinks its 20 cents. mysql> select FORMAT(.4,2) from types where username=\'12345\'; +--------------+ | FORMAT(.4,2) | +--------------+ | 0.40 | The field is set for decimal. I\'m out of ideas. This doesn\'t help me when it comes to money. Tyler Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/1128-money/ Share on other sites
shivabharat
I am not quiet clear with what you want say if the user enter .2 instead of 20 you can write a script which will identify them and once done .2 * 10 = 20 ?? I think I am making a wild guess. If you can be bit clear we can help you out. Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/1128-money/#findComment-3841 Share on other sites
tyler
Sorry, let me explain ;-) It\'s a investment company. Therefore, someone says they deposit .2 (2 cents) the system thinks its 20 cents. The only way they would be able to put in 2 cents is if they put in .02 Tyler Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/1128-money/#findComment-3847 Share on other sites
