Anyone know of a good customizable download management script?

I use to know of one entitled something like phpBB2 or something.. I know that is the forum script, but I remember always getting it confused with that, because of the similarity in the name. I forget the script name, but I'm looking for something customizable I can base off my current themes. I want a script where I can upload files and organize them into catorgorys, have guests rate them... etc. Maybe even a purchase option built in. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
