[SOLVED] Unable To Locate Component

When I run a PHP script in localhost I'm getting a few windows error messages coming up.

 

For all of them the window title is "php-cgi.exe - Unable To Locate Component"

 

and the message is "This application has failed to start because <file> was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."

 

the <file> varied for each message that came up.

 

these were the files.

 

OCI.dll

LIBPQ.dll

libcs.dll

aspell-15.dll

 

 

any ideas?

 

EDIT: nevermind, it appears to have resolved itself when I changed the interface from CGI/ISAPI to FastCGI (Local - Pipes) in abyss server side language settings.
