IIS Server 2003 Install after Zend install

I have installed PHP on IIs windows server 2003. Everything was working fine until recently. I am not sure which event cause PHP not to work but I believe it could be related to a recent install of Zend Optimizer. I did verify that php was working after the install but I still believe this has something to do with the problem. Any ideas?
