form mailer that validates, sends an email and imputs results in to a csv

Hello, everyone,

 

I have been using Jack's Formmail.php http://www.dtheatre.com/scripts/ script for years but have had some problems with it recently. I would like to find a new script that allows a form to be validated emailed and then stored in a csv file. can any one reccomend some appropriate tried and tested scripts?

I've written an open-source mass-mailer script with opt-in/opt-out.  It can be found at http://sourceforge.net/projects/mailgroup
