Screen Scraping from Iframe

I know that this is a slow way of grabbing this data, but I'm trying to grab data from a page that loads in an iFrame.

<script type="text/javascript">
function getTextNode()
{
var x=document.getElementById("frame1").contentDocument;
alert(x.getElementsByTagName("h3")[0].childNodes[0].nodeValue);
}
</script>

<iframe id="1" width="0px" height="0px" src="http://www.bungie.net/stats/Halo3/default.aspx?player=threesixohfreak"></iframe>
<input type="button" onclick="getTextNode()" value="test">

The script and the iframe and button are in their respectable areas, but when I click the button, nothing happens. I've edited the script five times and still I get a problem.
