try:

 

onmouseover = "this.disabled=false;" // withought the quotes around false.

 

also - dont forget that this wont work if javascript is off, so you might want to do:

 

window.onload = function() {

 

    document.getElementByName("texn").disabled = true; // set the form as disabled when it loads, but only if javascript is on.

}

 

 

 

im sure theres a better method for doing it so that the form is still accessable withought javascript - but that should work for you.
