"apache2: apr_sockaddr_info_get () failed for GENTOO_SERVER" is this bad?

I just finished installing apache2 on my Gentoo server. When I ran "/etc/init.d/apache2 start" I got "apache2: apr_sockaddr_info_get () failed for GENTOO_SERVER" followed by the domain name stuff then an [OK]. Is the apr_sock whatever stuff bad?
