KBpublisher - Admin Login Error

Hi, i have just installed KB Publisher. When i goto the admin login page i get the following error:

 

Warning: sleep() has been disabled for security reasons in **********/htdocs/kb/admin/login.php on line 41

 

The code in login.php @line 41 is:

if ($auth == false) {
sleep(1); // for brute attack

 

I have looked and looked for a solution to this problem but i can't find one.

 

Any help with this is greatly appreciated.
