The SQLLite Server on the Wampserver is very confusing for me..??

I installed the wampserver, and I finally got PHP codes to work on the computer (by the way huge success!! thank you to everyone that helped) Now I want to create some databases and it appears I have to use SQLLite, which I never ave used before.. so its confusing for me and I have looked on the website for SQLLite and its really no help.  So does anyone know where I can find a less confusing guide to SQLLite??
