calculate the members who all are add inside my website

hi friends,

now i design one user registeration form, after register a user, if tat user refered some friends means i want to calculate some points, here i take each and every point like one emailid, plz any body give some idea for this concept,

 

flow of the concept:

 

am the user velu, i registered in one website, after that i refered this site to my friends, if i refered one friend i can get 1 r 2 points, the same thing its going

 

plz give some ideas and some sample codings, any phpfreaks member friends
