NFD
Hi, Currently I use these two snippets: <SCRIPT language=JavaScript> function reload(form) { var val=form.cat.options[form.cat.options.selectedIndex].value; self.location='index.php?cat=' + val ; } </script> and <select name="cat" onchange="reload(this.form)" class="dropDown" > <!-- BEGIN: loop --> <option value="{TXT_TOP_LEVEL_CATEGORY_ID}" {TOP_LEVEL_SELECTED}>{TXT_TOP_LEVEL_CATEGORY_NAME}</option> <!-- END: loop --> </select> Now what I want to do is instead of using the drop downs, is replace them with radio buttons. What is the best way of going about this? Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/123514-solved-convert-drop-down-to-radio-button/ Share on other sites
NFD
Ok, I am now using the following: <SCRIPT> function reloadRadio(form){ var val=form.cat.value; self.location='index.php?cat=' + val ; } </SCRIPT> and <!-- BEGIN: loop --> <input type="radio" name="cat" id="cat" value="{TXT_TOP_LEVEL_CATEGORY_ID}" onClick="reloadRadio(this.form)" {RADIO_CHECKED} > {TXT_TOP_LEVEL_CATEGORY_NAME} <!-- END: loop --> All works how I want, with one exception : its not picking up on the value. What am I doing wrong here? Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/123514-solved-convert-drop-down-to-radio-button/#findComment-637918 Share on other sites
