[SOLVED] Cell Mouse Over Hyperlink

I am looking for a script (not sure if this is a CSS) that hyperlink a complete cell.

and to change its color when mouse over.

A very very nice exmaple is www.rent.com search result.

 

Would you please help me. Just give me links or names and i will work on it then.
