esimuro
I am attempting to install php on my Windows Vista SP1 system and keep getting the error code 27738, If i run the repair than it reports success however if I then attempt to remove the software it once again reports the same error code (27738). I am stuck now in a position where I can't install the full package and can't remove what is installed. Any help will be appreciated Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/125604-error-27738-when-attempting-to-install-php-526-on-windows-vista-sp1/ Share on other sites
wildteen88
Technically PHP does not require an installer as such. Whenever installing PHP always download the zipped binaries package, once downloaded extract the contents of the zip to wherever you want PHP installed to. After you have extracted the contents of the zip you'll need to configure whatever HTTP server you're using.
