[SOLVED] Two scripts conflicts

Hello

 

I am using a script for images effect and another script from mootools Fx.Slide.

 

Both scripts are working properly separated, when they are combined the fx. slide script is infected!

i deleted each line from head tage (links to js and css files) and discovered that the conflict is with the file: js/prototype.js (which is used in the image effect)

You can't mix mootools and another framework that uses the ($) function.  You should stick to one framework.  There are tons of image scripts for mootools that does what you are trying to do using prototype.

Theres lots, just google 'mootools+image' or 'mootools+gallery' or similar
