help for installing "Accessible News Slider" jquery plug in

hi guys

there is no comment on installing this script

I know it should be easy but I don't know why It don't works

what I've done is

1.linking jquery

2.linking script

3.adding a function as he's done

4.adding headline div as he's done

but it hangs then redirects to one of my links and links are not working
