You haven't set up your configuration. Your config.php is not configured properly. User "nobody" and password "NO" isn't working.

there is the error i dont have as a user "nobody" and my password id not "no" could there be an other config file?

You are calling the mysql_real_escape_string() function before there is a connection to a mysql database server and it is attempting to create a connection using default values (like it states it will do in the php manual.) Please read the php manual section for the functions you are trying to use, especially when you get an error with one of them.
