Can't authenticate to Apache Server from Media Streaming APP

I have basic authentication configured for my Apache Server.

 

I can hit my Apache Server from the local machine and remote machines

 

When I attempt to WebDav from my Streaming Media Encoder I get:

 

"PROPFIND / HTTP/1.1" 405 236

 

This is on a PC.

 

Any ideas what part of the configuration I'm getting wrong?
