I have an mysql table that includes business type, Image, price and description. The results for Image, price and description echo fine in a while statement. I want the business type to echo just once at the top of the page. If I include it in the while statement it shows for every property, of course.

<?

//select the table

$result = mysql_query("select * from properties where Sale like '%yes%'");

//grab all the content

while($row=mysql_fetch_assoc($result)) {

?>

<table class="sample" align="center">

<tr>

<td width="533"><table width="542" border="0" align="center" cellpadding="2" cellspacing="0">

<tr>

<td width="202" height="155" rowspan="2" align="center" valign="top"><img src='<?php echo $row['Image']; ?>'
