Problem with images using Zend Core 2.5 and Xampp

Hi one and all! I am new to this forum and to PHP, etc.

 

I have used other (other than Zends Core and Xampp) "offline-php" programs, but didn't have this problem with them. The problem is that the images I use through CSS do not load (Such as a background specified for a table using some class). The usual html images do load.

 

Please let me know if I need to clarify my problem.
