Hi all,

 

I'm looking for a software written in php that I can use on a network to share files among users. Here's what I want it to do

 

• Files can be uploaded by users.
  
• Files can be searched by users.
  
• Users will have to download files to view or use them.
  
• Users can rate files.
  
• Anyone can see the list of categories and names of files available. But they have to be registered to download them.
  
• Users can write comments about the files.
  
• Tags are great.
  

 

Not all of these are necessary but if most of these functions are available that is great. So if any of you guys know anything similar, preferably free, help me out please?
