Problem With File Upload

Hi,

What my application does is creates a folder for each user
on registration with file attribute 777.
but when in see the file attribute with ftp its 755.

The problem is the files are not uploding to the folders
with permission 755 when i access it through domainname
but its uploding when i access it through ip address.

And I noticed when i access application through "domain name"
its uploading to folder which has permission 777 but not to those
with 755.

Can any help me with this.
