problems with SUBMIT botton in a form , with CSS

Hello ,

im building a new web site (www.brasilwebdesign.com/menu)

 

and in the search area i have an Image button, basically i need it in the middle - right part

 

in ie6 doesnt matter how im trying to put it there it always shows on the bottom after the last text field

 

any body ?

 

*also the Image is PNG (i want it to be with our background) and ie6 always shows a grey background....why /? and how can i fix that?
