hassank1 Posted October 31, 2008 Share Posted October 31, 2008 I've built an ajax chatting .. ppl can chat normally however when a user send a line like : " <-- (emoticon) " this line won't show in the chatbox history... does this text contains illegal characters or something ? (referring to what characters your remove, escape, and how the output is output [htmlentities?,etc] and/or perhaps a picture of the chat line in question, im not sure what " <--(emoticon) " specifically is.
