PHP IDE's

I am finally going to cave and buy a PHP IDE.  The trouble is that I have no clue on which ones are good and which are bad.  I will be using it to code mostly PHP but I am starting to learn AJAX so I would liek an editor that can cooperate with java as well.

Right now I am using Dreamweaver CS3  ???, I know it's horrible but I haven't had a need to upgrade till now.  I don't have a budget in mind and don't mind spending a couple hundred bucks if the editor is a lot better than the cheaper ones.

I have researched a bit on Zend Studio, NuSphere PhpED 5.5 and PHP Edit (free for non-commerical?) so far but I also wanted to get some thoughts people here at php freaks on which php IDE's they use, why they use it over the others.

Obviously no company is going to post the cons of their own editors but I would be interested to know what they are so if anyone can help with some info that would be great.  Thanks

I will check out NetBeans 6.5.  I did do a search and almost every topic in the search is listed with all free editors.  And a lot of them list Dreamweaver as a great editor which just isn't true for PHP editing.  I want an editor that has a bunch of features that will be useful for me.  Sorry I guess that wasn't clear in my first post.

Right now I guess I am leaning towards NuSphere PHP Ed 5.5.  It looks right now as the one that is best for PHP editing.  I've read that Zend is a bit heavy which is something I don't like about Dreaweaver right now.
