div with 4 different parts to it

I want to have a div which is 100% and say about 100 px high...

 

top-left (image)

bottom-left (slogan)

 

top-right (text)

bottom-right (text)

 

how do i position them all.. i think i should use

you get the idea this is just a basic example will need some work
