budds Posted November 10, 2008 Share Posted November 10, 2008 hello everyone!!! so here's my situation... i have a squid proxy server that authenticates via php and mysql. i have successfully finished the login part of the system. my problem is that i can't get the logout part done.... i would like the server to detect when a proxy user closes his browser and automatically logs him/her out. i've been trying to solve this with connection_xxxx but i can't get it right because most of the howtos are on web servers... and i don't know if squid has something to do with the authentication details through its TTL settings.... any ideas? thanks in advance....
