I've got this server where i store diffrent sites, and i use cpanel to add domains to theese public/site_one = http://www.siteone.com public/site_two = http://www.sitetwo.com The problems comes when google list my sites, in the url-field and the link it self in the result page points to http://www.mysite.com/site_one etc...
