This may be obvious, but I have never looked at this.

 

My PHP is good enough to do all this, but I need to just think about how exactly I would do it (and so the code can be reused easily when I create new pages)

 

I imagine I would perform a certain SQL action.

 

I suppose run everything through address bar and GET.

 

How about the 1,2,3 links etc.

 

I suppose I could put something together, but am interested in the tried and tested method. I will soon pick it up if someone points me in the right direction.
