turkman
Hey i recorded a conversation and i wanted to host it on my website, i uploaded it to a directory and i posted a link to it. i thought if i clicked on the link then it would ask me to downlad it, but it just says page cannot be displayed. if i right click and press save target as, it saves some small mpea file. how can i get the mp3 to download when the link is clicked? .josh
you probably mispelled it, or did not use the right path, or uploaded it to the wrong folder, etc... Yesideez
If your server is Windows then filenames can be any case and they'll still be found. For example, file.txt and File.txt will be the same whereas with Unix/Linux servers they'll be different files. Not only check the spelling of the file as Crayon has mentioned check the cases of the filenames are the same also.
