how i can strip many lines from my DB in php ??

i faced problem at my comment application

the problem when it inserted into Database ... it's good

 

but some commenter when they write comment they press many (Enter)

that's mean there many white lines

 

when i checked at phpmyadmin in the comment row ... there isn't html or php tags like (<br>, <br />, \n) to make str_replace() or another functions.

 

now , how i can strip this lines? or how to convert that's lines to one line only?
