Dreamweaver analog

Hey, I know this has been posted/asked before either very similarly or exactly the same question, but I didn't find what I was looking for by browsing those previous posts.

I'm looking for a Dreamweaver alternative that is free or very cheap.

All I really need in the software is color coding and split screen between coding and HTML preview (like in DW) where when you click somewhere on the HTML Preview it takes you there in the code. I like this feature because it allows me to move around in my pages very quickly.

Additional features I'd like are:

*HTML table wizard

*style manager like in DW

*element properties

*other HTML table manipulation (example: highlighting two cells and clicking merge)

*built in FTP

*php debugger would be kinda cool

*balancer for {}()[] '' ""          (by the way, the program I use right now works great on that if you are looking for a program to only do that :-)

 

If you know of something like that, let me know. I just don't want to buy Dreamweaver ($400) when I don't use 2/3 of the features on it. The program I'm using now highlights poorly but other wise is basically MS notepad.
