Excuse the aliteration. 

 

Are there any specific polls (tools or tutorials) that any of you would personally vouch for?

 

I've searched Google and quite a few resources are available.

 

(Graphic and CSS manipulation are vital - I know this isn't directly related to scripting but I'm just looking for quick nod.)

I would write my own because anything freeware/shareware written in php usually junk with the exception of 10 things maybe
