Need help debugging my first PHP script to log a user ip address browser etc

Change the config.php to this

$host = "localhost" ;
$user = "root" ;
$pass = "password" ;
$db = "databaste" ;
$connect = mysqli_connect($host , $user , $pass , $db) ;
