Gradient Drop Shadow Wrapper Around Entire Webpage?

Hi all,

I'd like to use a background image to create a gradient-type drop shadow around my entire website's content.  I found another site that's doing it using a repeating .png image that's 1020x1, but the problem is I don't know how they're making it 'resize' depending upon the browser/screen resolution.

The content of the site is centered, with a dark-to-light gradient drop shadow on both sides.  No matter what I change my screen resolution to, the drop shadow sits nicely behind the website (the width of the site is 980px).

I've tried duplicating it by changing the width of my own site to 980, but whenever I change my screen to a higher resolution the shadow is offset... but only on my site.

So basically, can someone look at the site and tell me how they're doing it?  I checked their CSS and don't see how it works.  The site's url is diaperbags dot com

Thanks in advance!
