Snap Shot Script When you point your mouse to link a small window appears with m

Hi,

 

I dont know how to explain it but i will try and if you know the appropriate or the correct way of calling this script please correct me.

 

 

I am looking for script that will allow users to see the a link in small window when they have their cursor on top of the link.

 

So basically, When a users points his/her cursor ontop this text/link a small windows should appear on the same page but small and it should view hyperlink in it.

 

Similar script like this http://www.snap.com/ go here you will understand what i mean.
