[SOLVED] can you make the page reload once an item has been selected?

How can I make the page reload without using javascript once an item has been selected in a drop down select box on a form?

Well without javascript your will need another controller, you could create an activex control or flash..

somebody advised me not to use javascript for those people who have javascript turned off but if it is necessary then i will but not sure how to? ;(
