[SOLVED] please help me for query check

hi friends,

 

in sql i add some links for linktous page, in that i create one field added some links.

after that i have to display those links in one page in that page the links are displaying only single row, but i need to display 3 columns and 30 rows, other links should goes to next page, friends please help how to do this concept, i pasted my current coding also please help me friends
