design a specialized cms

I want sth that have the ability to develop easily (for example adding ajax and other specialized code), and also completely change it that no one can understand it's for example a joomla based site (even with inurl and other tricks).

what is your suggestion? (joomla, drupal, MODx or...)

To be honest I haven't had the need to run a CMS in the better part of three or four years so anything I told you would be terribly dated.  I would advise, though, that you put up an installation of each one and play with them a bit, see how the dashboards work, visit their forums and dev pages, etc.

This is one of those things where there's not going to be a clear-cut right answer.  It's more important that you're comfortable with the framework and how to manipulate it.
