[SOLVED] Can't reach server via a network PC

I just installed apache using these instructions:

and stopped after the initial install (without modifying that httpd.conf file). I was able to do a localhost check in my browser and it did work. I typed the local IP of my PC in the browser and that also worked (192.168.1.105) but when I tried typing the same local IP in another computer on the same network's browser it would not load the page. On neither computer could I use the IP address to access the page. I would like to be able to access it via the IP of this network.... help.

 

PS: Yes I did forward the ports. Yes I forwarded them correctly. I had used another web server software earlier today that worked via the main IP but it was too complicated so I switched to apache.

 

 

 

EDIT: RESOLVED. I had to adjust my firewall..... duh.
