Same code, the only thing that would change is the $delimiter which is picked up from the form .

I just tried it with a comma delimited file and it works great! ;D

You're the man!! 8)

What if I wanted to add a field to the form where the user could input at most 1 character and have it set as the delimiter? I believe I would have to have another field in the drop ox that says user and assign the field that they enter in that character into an array and read it in.

You could just chec if its empty

ie

<input type="test" name="udelimiter">

if(get_magic_quotes_gpc()) {
if(empty($_POST['udelimiter']))
{
$delimiter = stripslashes($_POST['delimiter']);
}else{
$delimiter =  stripslashes($_POST['udelimiter']);
}
} else {
if(empty($_POST['udelimiter']))
{
$delimiter = $_POST['delimiter'];
}else{
$delimiter =  $_POST['udelimiter'];
}
}
