dhcrusoe
Hey there everyone, We're building a Drupal site, and need to find an outside, API-accessible database that we can use to host calendar and scheduling data. We need to host it externally because it needs to be compatible with a wide number of applications (e.g., Outlook, and data systems at a different organization). However, some of the data will be used within Drupal (for a public calendar); we can pull this in through various PHP-based APIs. Our current database system is QuickBase, by Intuit. QuickBase does have PHP API compatibility. However, we have the opportunity to selection another external system, if it's a good reason to switch. What other systems y'all recommend we explore if API access (for centralization) is important? Thanks for your help & suggestions! --Dave Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/143287-external-api-accessible-database-to-integrate-with-drupal/ Share on other sites
