vob to dvd

Hey,

 

I'm trying to allow users on my site to download media that can be burnt to a DVD and watched in a normal DVD player.

 

So far, I'm using mencoder to combine video files together, and then ffmpeg to convert them to a VOB file. As I understand it, a DVD player still needs .ifo and .bup files to play the video. How do I generate these files through Php, or through some server-side software with a Php API?

 

Also, if possible, I'd like to build some kind of custom DVD menu template that info about the videos can be plugged into. How would I go about doing this?

 

I kind of need this in a hurry, and would be willing to contract to job out to anyone who thinks they can do it.
