I was wondering why I get this message everytime I attempt to link a user to a database... from the Cpanel.

Connection Strings

Perl $dbh = DBI->connect(\"DBI:mysql:bernhard_ee:localhost\",\"bernhard_e\",\"<PASSWORD HERE>\");

PHP $dbh=mysql_connect (\"localhost\", \"bernhard_e\", \"<PASSWORD HERE>\") or die (\'I cannot connect to the database because: \' . mysql_error());

mysql_select_db (\"bernhard_ee\");
