jhenry6 Posted February 10, 2009 Share Posted February 10, 2009 I am looking for a way to setup a program to do rollover minutes by month. Let's say I give a client 5 hours of time, I want to be able to enter their time and it deduct from that 5 hours. But if they only use X amount of time the program will automatically increase their hours the next month to a configured alotment. So let's say they have 3 rollover hours and only use 2 of their 5 hours. So those three hours would carry over with their next months 5 hours giving them 8 hours. Does anyone have an idea on how to do something like this. I am so lost. I know their has to be a time feature. ??? ???
