Adding fields to an already made php script.

Recommended Posts

I am new this forum and have absolutely no php programming experience.

I have installed this php script ( it's a free script http://car-dealer-website.org ) on this test site ( http://www.liquidfirefishing.com/ocmc/auto/search.php ).

I was wondering if it is possible to add a search field of cars, trucks, and vans to this.

I was also wondering if it is possible to get the cars on this page ( http://www.liquidfirefishing.com/ocmc/auto/list.php?page=1 ) to sort the cars in alphabetical order after it is sorted by the year.  As you can see it is sorted from 09-95 I would like, for example, all the cars that are 08 to be sorted in alphabetical order.

I hope that I explained this well.  Thanks for any feedback. :)

I need someone that will be willing to walk me through the process of alphabetizing the car listing as I described in the first post.  I have no php programing skills and any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you are willing and need to look at the script, you can download it here. http://car-dealer-website.org  It is free.

Thanks to anyone.
