SlyOne
Hi, I posted this on php help section, but seems this is more orientated towards javascript and ajax (which i really have limited knowledge of) so thought i'd best post it here instead. I'm wanting to create a small and simple questionnaire form on my site that will have roughly 10 or so questions on with checkboxes for the user to answer by. There will be two options of each question to be answered, a yes and a no checkbox. However, if the user answers a question as a yes, I would like to have another question appear automatically underneath it. Was wondering how i would go about this? Any tutorials or scripts that someone could point me towards? Here is how it looks at the moment... just a simple form with questions and a yes and a no checkbox underneath each question. Just needing to know how i can create a behaviour that would spawn a new question directly underneath the users previously POSITIVELY answered question. Any guidance on this would be greatly appreciated. thanks Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/145633-solved-needing-some-guidance-with-creating-a-questionnaire-form/ Share on other sites
