Earlier on I made a post about bulk editing my database, well I think i've found another way which is probably safer and that is using frames and still clicking on the 'edit' link beside the field row I want to edit, and edit the info in the lower frame whilst still being able to see all the searched results in the top frame. So far, that works, no probs, but this is what I want to do though: When the user clicks the 'Update' button on the lower frame after editing what needs to be edited, the top frame that displays the searched results of what can be edited needs to be refreshed so that the information above will show the new updated data. I've looked into onSubmit="top.location.reload(true)" but that refreshes the two frames on my page, where I only want hte top frame to refresh and onced refreshed to display the searched results but with the changed information. And that bit of code was put into the input 'submit' button on the lower frame. Any help appreciated... Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
