raulf
Hi, Im new to World Wide Web... I have a problem after installing Apache 1.3 [winXP] where it shows 406 Not Acceptable at my http://localhost/... it shows multiple link for index.html with different languages. Im finding a way of opening an intranet page in my college, and I want to point my http://localhost to other directory in my hard disk. How do I configure it? Thanks in advance.. deRusett
First you need to have SP1 for Windows XP installed. Next I would suggest using Apache2 for windows XP instead of Apache 1.3.X if you move to Apache 2 come back to this thread asking for help and I\'ll walk you through the installation Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/1469-how-to-use-apache-as-my-webserver-service/#findComment-4847 Share on other sites
